Candi Kanady has lived in Eastland her whole life.  She graduated from Eastland High School in 2001 and continued her education at Tarleton State University, earning a bachelor of business administration in finance with a minor in accounting.  She was a member of Phi Eta Sigma, Alpha Chi, and Delta Mu Delta at TSU.  Candi has been with First Financial Bank for 16 years, has been in mortgage lending for the last 7 years and was named Senior Vice President in 2015.


Candi is married, has one child and is an active member of the Eastland Rotary Club, Women’s Civic and Garden League and First United Methodist Church.   Providing lending assistance to her customers is definitely what she enjoys most about her job, and she is grateful to get to be a part of your home buying process.
